What This Program Involves

This is a non-clinical trial wound care program designed to help patients with chronic, hard-to-heal wounds. We provide advanced wound treatments in coordination with licensed providers throughout Florida.

Care can be delivered in different ways:

• At your home

• At your assisted living facility

• Or we can arrange free transportation to one of our partnering clinics.
   

Participants typically receive weekly visits for wound care, follow-ups, and evaluation of healing progress.
 

Who May Qualify

You may be eligible for the wound care program if:
 

• You are 65 years or older

• You have a non-healing wound that has not improved after 4+ weeks, such as:

  • Diabetic Foot Ulcer

  • Venous Leg Ulcer

  • Pressure Ulcer (Bed Sore)

  • Post-surgical wound

• You have an open wound that has not healed in at least 4 weeks
  (e.g., foot, leg, surgical site, pressure ulcer, etc.)

• You are able to receive care at home or attend scheduled visits

• You have traditional Medicare Part B or other qualifying insurance
